Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery times.

Shipping can take up to 3-6 business days. A longer period of wait time may occur, depending on your location. 

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of good purchase and the location of delivery.

Please note:

All alcohol orders will require an 18+ photo ID and signature on delivery. Please provide a physical address we can send your order to.

If you are not present for the delivery, it will be sent to your closest Australia Post PO Box in which a government ID will be required on collection and proof of purchase.

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging (if any).

Perishable goods such as beer are only subject to replacement or refund if they are faulty or damaged. 

Proof of damage/faulty goods is required to warrant return of goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back when returning/exchanging an item. 

Tracking is highly recommended, if tracking is not used and the parcel is not received there will not be a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the goods and/or service, use of the goods, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
